I'm in closet heaven!
All the different jewelry tray inserts came just as described, in perfect condition. Packaged securely in the right size box. Tracking number was provided but the shipping was so fast that I didn't even check the tracking status. My closet is organized and my jewelry is all out on display. Makes it so easy to find and looks beautiful too. Very pleased and I will continue to shop with your site and recommend Gems on Display to my friends!

The service was perfect
The service was perfect, quickly delivered with this breakable item carefully packed and unharmed. The product itself was so-so. The earring display had a base and an upper part and, I finally discovered, a large dowel to connect the two. This was in the box among the packing, but not obvious, and I almost threw it out with the box. The ear with an earlobe hole like a pierced earring seemed like a good idea for product display. Unfortunately the angle and amount of space between the ear and the neck meant that it took force and distortion to push a typical earring wire through the hole. I ended up having to replace ear wires on a couple of pairs of earrings, and gave up completely after trying three different types of earrings. Also unfortunately, but this time, the ear wires had made small grey scratches in the white ceramic surface, making the item unreturnable, even if I'd been up for trying to repack it. TLDR: Great delivery service, put better assembly instructions in the box, and make a more candid description in your catalog of what types of earrings can be displayed on this stand.

The right product for the right price!
I have been looking for a "revolving earring stand" for myself and a friend. We are both thrilled with the very reasonably priced little stands and the quality is more than adequate for home needs. It is so nice to be able to organize my earrings and at the touch of a finger browse through them. I was gratified at the speedy processing and shipping as well. So versatile
I like it so much, I bought another. There are many jewelry boxes that are prettier. But to find one that holds as much as this one, those are three times the size and expense. I prefer to be able to store a lot in a small space. Buying the tray inserts does add to the cost, but they provide custom organization for your jewelry. I have not found that in other boxes. Recently we had to evacuate our home due to a brush fire. This box is light weight and allows me to take all my jewelry in a hurry. The smaller size also allows more places to hide my jewelry too.

I ordered clip cushions for clip on earrings and flat backs for pierced. I love the cushions as they make earrings that previously felt like torture devices unnoticeable. That's some great cushioning! And the flat earring backs do their job holding in place a heavier earring that needs a little extra support. Thanks! I will say that the shipping is a bit dear (I know what it costs now that I sell on eBay). But I needed the objects mentioned so it's worth biting the bullet to make previously unwearable items wearable.
