Excellent customer service. I made a call, the next day it was responded to. Explained the damage and that I had just ordered and paid for another one to be shipped, so I didn't have to wait on the return to have them send me a replacement. Time was of the essence. I didn't have to send back the broken one but sent pictures of the damage. Financialy effective resolution to save on shipping. After reviewing the damage I had a refund in my pay pal 3 days later.

Great Customer service! I ordered the cotton filled Kraft jewelry boxes. I LOVE them. They have that little artisan feel to them. Especially when I stamp them with my logo. I've been shopping with gems on display for years now, and the items are certainly improving in the quality department, which is always a good thing. Just received the window boxes, which are so cool and exactly what I need, however, the sticky stickers from the manufactures take off some of the paper of the boxes when carefully taking off them off.... Ummm! keep up the great work and products!
