The cases are of very nice construction and solid. The handle is very helpful in transporting the cases and the latches are very nice and necessary to keep the case closed. With the glass top in the lid they make a very nice display case for many items.

Excellent Product and Excellent Customer Service. Due to possibly the shipping carrier the product had a small dent (the box looked a little worse for the wear). Gems on Display was prompt in getting a replacement item out to me, even before the other had been returned, and their staff was courteous both over the phone and by email.

Jewelry trays - perfect!
The company I ordered cases and trays for my jewelry was great...BUT...they only carry shallow trays. I needed some deeper trays (2 inches). I found them at gems on display. The shipping was fast, the price was great and they work perfectly! I will be ordering more!

I think your products are great, but free shipping minimum is too high.
I think your products are great. Your packing is great. The only thing that stops me from buying from you site more, is the high minimum spend to get free shipping. I would order much more often if I got a lower minimum for free shipping. Maybe you should offer repeat customers a free shipping coupon? I have placed multiple orders with you. I have my shopping cart full of items, but can't quite get to the $75. So, I have it saved, but will look elsewhere to see if I can find free shipping.
