I can't say enough about this company!! I have just started my own jewelry business. I had placed an order for some gem cases....not realizing that they would fit in this really cool display case. Within 30 minutes of ordering I realized this and sent an email asking if I could possibly add that display case to my order. Not only did I get a response in a timely manner. It was taken care of immediate added to my order with rush shipping added as well. I had my products within a few days..even with the crazy holidays. I think your products are great, but free shipping minimum is too high.
I think your products are great. Your packing is great. The only thing that stops me from buying from you site more, is the high minimum spend to get free shipping. I would order much more often if I got a lower minimum for free shipping. Maybe you should offer repeat customers a free shipping coupon? I have placed multiple orders with you. I have my shopping cart full of items, but can't quite get to the $75. So, I have it saved, but will look elsewhere to see if I can find free shipping.
