Display stands

The stands are great. Got here quickly and I liked the price. One of the stands was cracked and would not stand. Sent an email. It was promptly answered and the matter taken care of to my satisfaction. Hope to do business again soon.

Nice ring box/ with light & Delivery was Fast

Ring box had smears of glue on inside ,next to ring slot was unable to clean it off, still very nice box . Will buy products again soon !!! Nice people & helped me get my ring box for my 3.70 CT diamond solitaire it looked so nice in the lighted box.. be back soon !!! Thank you very much

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. I made a call, the next day it was responded to. Explained the damage and that I had just ordered and paid for another one to be shipped, so I didn't have to wait on the return to have them send me a replacement. Time was of the essence. I didn't have to send back the broken one but sent pictures of the damage. Financialy effective resolution to save on shipping. After reviewing the damage I had a refund in my pay pal 3 days later.

The customer service for this company is excellent.

The customer service for this company is fantastic! I was missing one item from my order and they immediately took care of it for me. Plus as I was putting my new order together, I realized I needed one more thing. I called them and they immediately added it to the piece they had to send me. Unfortunately I did that to them two more times, but they were very obliging and sent it all at once. About to order again.
