Great customer service!
I ordered several jewelry display items but I received the wrong color on one item. I gave a 5-star rating because of how the company handled their error. I called after hours to report the error and Paula called me back first thing the next morning. She prepared and emailed me a return label so that I could send the items back. She offered to overnight me the correct item as I was using the item for an event the following day. She went far beyond great customer service to keep me a happy customer and she seemed to have joy in doing so! I will continue to order from this company and without hesitation encourage people to do the same!

I bought the small black bust, hand and natural earring stand for photo displays.. They work great and enhance the photos allowing customers a better view of my jewelry and how they might look while worn. The bust is adorable, I love the face, she is small, not even child size but as long as you say Model Not To Scale then she is a wonderful addition to photographs. Shipping was fast!
