I can't say enough about this company!! I have just started my own jewelry business. I had placed an order for some gem cases....not realizing that they would fit in this really cool display case. Within 30 minutes of ordering I realized this and sent an email asking if I could possibly add that display case to my order. Not only did I get a response in a timely manner. I ordered a display from Gems On Display. I received it in a timely manner. However, it was damaged. I read the invoice and it said that I would be responsible for any returns. I called them and they couldn't have been nicer. They asked me to send them a picture of the damaged item and once they received it they instantly told me they would be sending another one. I was quite pleased. I immediately placed another order for custom printed bags. I'm a happy camper. I would recommend Gems On Display to any and everyone. Good job Gems On Display.

Items ordered arrived quickly, but, I thought I ordered 24 small gauze pouches, and instead got 24 bags with 12 gauze pouches each, website did not indicate that each item had 12 bags. So, that was a heck of a deal. Website should indicate quantity per item.

Everything I ordered came through in just a couple of days. However, your order form was not clear about imprinting. I thought I ordered imprinting for all my order, not just the first batch of each style I ordered. My mistake, I will know better next time.
