I've been looking for the perfect ring box for a Christmas gift. Presentation is everything, right? Orders are processed same day, Monday for weekends, shipped, and always received in pristine condition before many other companies. A case in point, I placed two orders last Friday evening. I think your products are great, but free shipping minimum is too high.
I think your products are great. Your packing is great. The only thing that stops me from buying from you site more, is the high minimum spend to get free shipping. I would order much more often if I got a lower minimum for free shipping. Maybe you should offer repeat customers a free shipping coupon? I have placed multiple orders with you. I have my shopping cart full of items, but can't quite get to the $75. So, I have it saved, but will look elsewhere to see if I can find free shipping.

I ordered a display from Gems On Display. I received it in a timely manner. However, it was damaged. I read the invoice and it said that I would be responsible for any returns. I called them and they couldn't have been nicer. They asked me to send them a picture of the damaged item and once they received it they instantly told me they would be sending another one. I was quite pleased. I immediately placed another order for custom printed bags. I'm a happy camper. I would recommend Gems On Display to any and everyone. Good job Gems On Display.
