The item I purchased (Jewelry Tray W/Clear View Lid 1 1/2", Item # 83-2F) was as described but I was unsure so I called customer service. She was extremely helpful and helped me with my order. It came well packaged, undamaged and very quickly. The magnets on the cases aren't as strong as I would like them to be but it is a fabulous value and serves my purpose.

This was my first time buying from Gem's on display. It WILL NOT be my last. I wasn't sure what to expect or if the items would be junk. It got to me within a few days. And everything was in excellent condition. And better than I had hoped. I had been buying on ebay for my items. NO MORE. The quality was much better here and I am paying half the price for the same thing I had been buying. I ordered boxes, they are triple the cost on ebay. I am mad I didn't find Gems on display a year ago. I would HIGHLY recommend.

I can't say enough about this company!! I have just started my own jewelry business. I had placed an order for some gem cases....not realizing that they would fit in this really cool display case. Within 30 minutes of ordering I realized this and sent an email asking if I could possibly add that display case to my order. Not only did I get a response in a timely manner.
