i first ordered a few jewelry display stands and earring displays from Gems on Display two weeks ago. The shipment arrived in just a few days, and everything exceeded my expectations. The stands are well constructed and exactly what I wanted. So, two days later I ordered more, along with some new items. Everything was well packed and no problems. The customer service for this company is fantastic! I was missing one item from my order and they immediately took care of it for me. Plus as I was putting my new order together, I realized I needed one more thing. I called them and they immediately added it to the piece they had to send me. I can't say enough about this company!! I have just started my own jewelry business. I had placed an order for some gem cases....not realizing that they would fit in this really cool display case. Within 30 minutes of ordering I realized this and sent an email asking if I could possibly add that display case to my order. Not only did I get a response in a timely manner.
