Being on the East Coast, I am very pleased with Gems on Display pricing, order fulfillment and speed of shipping. They process and ship by next day. This is why this company gets my return business. I occasionally order from a Cali company, but it takes over 2 weeks to actually receive the order at my door. And Gems On Display offers free shipping on orders over $100 which is quite helpful to my small business. I highly recommend them.

What I ordered I received it fast and just as ordered. The only thing it was awkward was that the service said not minimum quantities guarantied, but to print a logo the quantity for the service was kind of high when I was testing only the company for first time and I did not know if the service was to be good. I don't like to expend to much on my first experience. First base first then a home-run.

Works as it should! Would be helpful if it had instructions in the box. Couldnt get the light to work when I first got it and couldnt figure it out. Had to call and ask and the guy on the phone was very helpful. Holds both my high school and college class rings beautifully and I love the led light feature that shines down on both of my rings. It's perfect and exactly what I was looking for to display both of my rings in instead of just keeping them locked up in a safe to be forgotten about. ?? Thank you!!

The service was perfect
The service was perfect, quickly delivered with this breakable item carefully packed and unharmed. The product itself was so-so. The earring display had a base and an upper part and, I finally discovered, a large dowel to connect the two. This was in the box among the packing, but not obvious, and I almost threw it out with the box. The ear with an earlobe hole like a pierced earring seemed like a good idea for product display. Unfortunately the angle and amount of space between the ear and the neck meant that it took force and distortion to push a typical earring wire through the hole. I ended up having to replace ear wires on a couple of pairs of earrings, and gave up completely after trying three different types of earrings. Also unfortunately, but this time, the ear wires had made small grey scratches in the white ceramic surface, making the item unreturnable, even if I'd been up for trying to repack it. TLDR: Great delivery service, put better assembly instructions in the box, and make a more candid description in your catalog of what types of earrings can be displayed on this stand.
