Great Customer service! I ordered the cotton filled Kraft jewelry boxes. I LOVE them. They have that little artisan feel to them. Especially when I stamp them with my logo. My experience with gems on display has always been excellent. Paula is very courteous and processes the orders on time. The only drawback is the inventory stock. Basic items like ring trays and earring stand are very limited. Inventory control department has to pull up their socks big time as they are loosing sales every minute to other competitors.

Great display pieces at a great price
I recently started selling jewelry for a direct sales company. Because I am new and have not started making a profit yet, I can't afford expensive display pieces. However, I want my jewelry to look great at shows; after all, that's how I'll get sales! Gems on Display has beautiful display pieces comparable to those sold through my direct sales company, but at much better prices. The shipping was quick and everything was nicely packaged. I've been looking for the perfect ring box for a Christmas gift. Presentation is everything, right? Top Notch Customer Service
Top notch service! I placed an order with Gems on Display and received some incorrect tray liners. I was in a bit of a panic because of a big show I have this weekend and the liners I was sent won't work for my pieces. I contacted the company (after hours) and the next day they overnighted me the correct trays. Mistakes happen - but the manner in which a company responds to those issues is what really matters.
