The shipping was more expensive than I anticipated but the product arrived quickly in excellent condition. High quality and exactly what I wanted. Originally I was going to purchase a display from Michael's, which would have been much lower quality and more expensive.

I can't say enough about this company!! I have just started my own jewelry business. I had placed an order for some gem cases....not realizing that they would fit in this really cool display case. Greetings! These days it is nearly impossible to receive courteous customer service. I am a events coordinator and I deal MANY vendors to complete events. I would recommend Gems on Display to anyone looking for the products they offer on their site. I compared prices and they were less expensive than many, Free shipping was a great plus. The delivery was prompt! I realize one item was incorrect. Without hesitance I was sent the replacement and they allowed me to keep the wrong size. The Hands were use as centerpieces and as always!!!
