The Acrylic Jar Tray Liners (50 Jars) I purchased arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I priced this item at several different places, and these I purchased at Gems on Display were the best price around. I was initially worried that since the price was so good that the quality would be poor, but I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived that the item was a very high quality Item. Just What I Needed

I can't say enough about this company!! I have just started my own jewelry business. I had placed an order for some gem cases....not realizing that they would fit in this really cool display case. Within 30 minutes of ordering I realized this and sent an email asking if I could possibly add that display case to my order. Not only did I get a response in a timely manner. Excellent customer service. I made a call, the next day it was responded to. Explained the damage and that I had just ordered and paid for another one to be shipped, so I didn't have to wait on the return to have them send me a replacement. Time was of the essence. I didn't have to send back the broken one but sent pictures of the damage. Financialy effective resolution to save on shipping. After reviewing the damage I had a refund in my pay pal 3 days later.
