Excellent Quality, Great Prices

Everything I have ordered from Gems on Display has been well-made, well-priced, and truly, appropriately functional for my jewelry display and presentation. I just ordered three exceedingly handy, and attractive, carry cases, stacking trays and liners. Excellent Product & Service

Excellent Product and Excellent Customer Service. Due to possibly the shipping carrier the product had a small dent (the box looked a little worse for the wear). Gems on Display was prompt in getting a replacement item out to me, even before the other had been returned, and their staff was courteous both over the phone and by email.

Orders are processed same day, Monday for weekends, shipped, and always received in pristine condition before many other companies. A case in point, I placed two orders last Friday evening. UREternity was the second company with whom in the past I have replied upon for orders of wholesale jewelry. Gems On Display has the boxes and bags that I prefer to use for my business. I ordered some linen necklace displays that were needed urgently the next day. I called the customer service to place the rush order, and the agent was wonderful--friendly, competent, and quick. They took care of my order, and I received it in time the next day. I also price shopped online, and their prices were the best for the linen displays, and we were happy with the way they looked, too. I would order again from Gems on Display.

I received my order in timely manner. I ordered two of wrong size items! Sent them back. Totally my fault now just waiting for refund. So I can purchase the jewelry bust I should have ordered. We will see how well they do at returns!
