Excellent customer service on the phone . Got my items quickly .best prices out there . I would like to request more displays in linen as it wears beautifully and doesn’t scuff and breakdown like the leatherette Does . Greetings! These days it is nearly impossible to receive courteous customer service. I am a events coordinator and I deal MANY vendors to complete events. I would recommend Gems on Display to anyone looking for the products they offer on their site. I compared prices and they were less expensive than many, Free shipping was a great plus. The delivery was prompt! I realize one item was incorrect. Without hesitance I was sent the replacement and they allowed me to keep the wrong size. The Hands were use as centerpieces and as always!!!
