I can't say enough about this company!! I have just started my own jewelry business. I had placed an order for some gem cases....not realizing that they would fit in this really cool display case. Within 30 minutes of ordering I realized this and sent an email asking if I could possibly add that display case to my order. Not only did I get a response in a timely manner. It was taken care of immediate added to my order with rush shipping added as well. I had my products within a few days..even with the crazy holidays. Gem jar displays

My order was shipped quickly with a tracking number and when it was received one item was broken. Called customer service which offered me replacement or credit.
