The cases are of very nice construction…

The cases are of very nice construction and solid. The handle is very helpful in transporting the cases and the latches are very nice and necessary to keep the case closed. With the glass top in the lid they make a very nice display case for many items.

My order was shipped quickly with a tracking number and when it was received one item was broken. Called customer service which offered me replacement or credit. Cotton-filled Boxes

We use these boxes to enclose gorgeous custom made bridal garters. In the past we have been very unhappy with the vendor that Gems on Display was using. But, we have been working with the sales rep and have been assured that they now have a much better quality box for us to use. The perfect ring box was found!

I've been looking for the perfect ring box for a Christmas gift. Presentation is everything, right? But it was difficult to realize my vision as I looked at website after website, evening after evening. Was I going to have to pay more for the ring box than the ring?! Wrong order Easly taken care of!!!

I placed an order for two ring display case, but I got two braclett display instead. I called the number and spoke to a rep" named Paula. She was very helpful and told me I got the wrong order.
