Jewelry trays - perfect!

The company I ordered cases and trays for my jewelry was great...BUT...they only carry shallow trays. I needed some deeper trays (2 inches). I found them at gems on display. The shipping was fast, the price was great and they work perfectly! I will be ordering more!

Linen Jewelry Displays Look Great!

I found you with a quick Google search after feeling as though I overpaid for linen displays at different popular display website. I held off however because I had never heard of you. Instead I ordered additional stock from Amazon, but the color was off and quality was not as pictured. I finally ordered with you to get my additional units and they were a much better quality than what I was expecting. Shipping was fast, and the clean crisp color of the linen itself really makes the jewelry stand out in my Spa. The price was also less per unit than the other sites, and you offer the most size options and no minimums. I was pleasantly surprised with my shipment.

I own a small jewelry business and find Gems on Display a great source for jewelry display items as well as packaging materials, merchandise bags, etc. I am guessing that my orders are very small compared to their average customer, yet I find their customer service attentive and respectful for each transaction. Their response time to questions or adjustments to orders is very fast. The quality of their products is great with affordable pricing. Shipping is prompt and reasonable. Order fulfillment was right as they said it would be. Received order very quickly, 3 days including day order was placed. Merchandise was very good quality and the price was outstanding. Hopefully they will soon add sending the order tracking number along in an email. Not a drawback, just adds a little more convenience. Great service. Great product. I highly recommend their company.
