I'm really really pleased

Someone answered the phone when I called with a question! They had what I wanted in stock and sent it right away. The package wound up in the wrong place and they took immediate action to have the shipper correct the shipper's mistake. The price of the item was more reasonable than other places, the quality is as good as I expected, and they charged a more reasonable shipping fee than another company I've used. I'm so glad I found this company, and even more happy when I saw on the invoice that they are "family owned and operated."

Nice product

I ordered a case that would hold inserts with plastic gem display jars. I love it. I can fit two inserts into one of the cases that I like. They're really nice. I cant say that i've had a bad experience with their products, placing orders or shipping.

Great display case, Great customer service, Fast shipping !

While searching all over the internet for a display case for sportscards, I found Gems on Display. I have seen similar cases for more money, and of course more shipping, however I gave this a shot. Within a week, it was at my door, and it was used that weekend at a local sportscard / memorabilia show...... several dealers asked where I purchased it, and I gladly passed on the website. Love my aluminum case. Best price. All the trays are quality. They also laid my inserts making sure everything fit. The displays I ordered are exactly as described.
