Order fulfillment was right as they said it would be. Received order very quickly, 3 days including day order was placed. Merchandise was very good quality and the price was outstanding. Hopefully they will soon add sending the order tracking number along in an email. Not a drawback, just adds a little more convenience. Great service. Great product. I highly recommend their company.

I own a small jewelry business and find Gems on Display a great source for jewelry display items as well as packaging materials, merchandise bags, etc. I am guessing that my orders are very small compared to their average customer, yet I find their customer service attentive and respectful for each transaction. I bought two Ten Drawer Jewelry Storage…

I bought two Ten Drawer Jewelry Storage Organizers, and I love them! I make jewelry, and I use them to organize all my silver wire, silver sheet, silver findings, cabochons and slabs. I am now so organized! I love the identification tabs on the front. They don't take up much room and are very well made for the price. I believe they're made of a high density compressed cardboard. But they're very sturdy. And all the varities of trays you can get for just a buck a piece are wonderful. They look nice, too! The other plastic drawers on the market were too big for my studio.
