Great products at great prices!

I tried Gems on Display because of an internet ad I happened across. I have been with another supplier for several years and thought I would just compare products and prices. To my surprise the pricing was much better with Gems on Display and more product options were available. So I ordered a few things to see if the quality was acceptable and found I got as good or better for less! Very happy to switch and have placed a second order as well

I'm really really pleased

Someone answered the phone when I called with a question! They had what I wanted in stock and sent it right away. The package wound up in the wrong place and they took immediate action to have the shipper correct the shipper's mistake. The price of the item was more reasonable than other places, the quality is as good as I expected, and they charged a more reasonable shipping fee than another company I've used. I'm so glad I found this company, and even more happy when I saw on the invoice that they are "family owned and operated."

Great prices and even better service

I order all of the jewelry supplies for 7 stores and can honestly say that since finding Gems on Display, I have received great quality products with really quick turnaround. I appreciate the way they email me immediately if something is backordered (which you can usually get within a couple of days). I used to order everything from two other companies but Gems makes it easier and more cost efficient by having everything I need.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. I made a call, the next day it was responded to. Explained the damage and that I had just ordered and paid for another one to be shipped, so I didn't have to wait on the return to have them send me a replacement. Time was of the essence. I didn't have to send back the broken one but sent pictures of the damage. Financialy effective resolution to save on shipping. After reviewing the damage I had a refund in my pay pal 3 days later.
