Top notch service! I placed an order with Gems on Display and received some incorrect tray liners. I was in a bit of a panic because of a big show I have this weekend and the liners I was sent won't work for my pieces. I contacted the company (after hours) and the next day they overnighted me the correct trays. Mistakes happen - but the manner in which a company responds to those issues is what really matters. The 24" rotating earring display rack is FABULOUS! Just what I needed to save table space at shows. 48 pegs, so it will hold tons of earrings. One of the tier welds was loose, and a couple of the pegs were slightly bent but otherwise it arrived in good condition and shipping was fast.

Excellent customer service. I made a call, the next day it was responded to. Explained the damage and that I had just ordered and paid for another one to be shipped, so I didn't have to wait on the return to have them send me a replacement. Time was of the essence. I didn't have to send back the broken one but sent pictures of the damage. Financialy effective resolution to save on shipping. After reviewing the damage I had a refund in my pay pal 3 days later.
