Extremely happy with everything!!
I ordered a ton of things in the white leatherette and I love everything. The quality is better then where I have previously purchased of what seems to be the same items but better quality. •The foot and ankle for anklets ... I love. It's very heavy (ceramic, I believe) and makes amazing pictures for my anklets. •The tall T-bar earring stands, I love. •The shorter circle earring stands are great for short to small dangling earrings. I would like to see those in the taller version as well. •The mannequin facing right for earrings and necklace display (also ceramic and heavy) is very nice. I would like to see a larger chest area for full necklaces. You can tie them back in the back. You can't really do a earring cuff unless it's done solely to the display for pictures but allows you to show a set of short to dangling earrings elegantly. Very nice. •The oval and round bracelet T-bars ... beautiful. I love the ovals for pictures and displays and the rounds are great for holding quantity for trade shows, etc. •The white bust (large) Love, Love, Love. Great for wide necklaces up to 12". And I love for personal necklace displays. •The "Padded" necklace displays, awesome!!! •The necklace displays of all sizes that I purchased are great for both displays as well as your personal jewelry display. I'm really happy with everything that I purchased even paying slightly more for the same items I have purchased elsewhere; and I will continue to purchase from Gems on Display in the future!!! I am very happy with the items, quality and affordable pricing. Thank you.

Cotton-filled Boxes
We use these boxes to enclose gorgeous custom made bridal garters. In the past we have been very unhappy with the vendor that Gems on Display was using. But, we have been working with the sales rep and have been assured that they now have a much better quality box for us to use. The service was perfect
The service was perfect, quickly delivered with this breakable item carefully packed and unharmed. The product itself was so-so. The earring display had a base and an upper part and, I finally discovered, a large dowel to connect the two. This was in the box among the packing, but not obvious, and I almost threw it out with the box. The ear with an earlobe hole like a pierced earring seemed like a good idea for product display. Unfortunately the angle and amount of space between the ear and the neck meant that it took force and distortion to push a typical earring wire through the hole. I ended up having to replace ear wires on a couple of pairs of earrings, and gave up completely after trying three different types of earrings. Also unfortunately, but this time, the ear wires had made small grey scratches in the white ceramic surface, making the item unreturnable, even if I'd been up for trying to repack it. TLDR: Great delivery service, put better assembly instructions in the box, and make a more candid description in your catalog of what types of earrings can be displayed on this stand.
