I'm really really pleased
Someone answered the phone when I called with a question! They had what I wanted in stock and sent it right away. The package wound up in the wrong place and they took immediate action to have the shipper correct the shipper's mistake. The price of the item was more reasonable than other places, the quality is as good as I expected, and they charged a more reasonable shipping fee than another company I've used. I'm so glad I found this company, and even more happy when I saw on the invoice that they are "family owned and operated."

So versatile
I like it so much, I bought another. There are many jewelry boxes that are prettier. But to find one that holds as much as this one, those are three times the size and expense. I prefer to be able to store a lot in a small space. Buying the tray inserts does add to the cost, but they provide custom organization for your jewelry. I have not found that in other boxes. Recently we had to evacuate our home due to a brush fire. This box is light weight and allows me to take all my jewelry in a hurry. The smaller size also allows more places to hide my jewelry too.

Quality is great! Products are great. I bought a lot of things and it was all shipped fast but it was all in 1 big box with only 1 piece of tape on it barely holding it together. Almost rated it lower just because of lack of tape, the box was falling apart when I received.
