Their employees have always been professional and attentive to detail, and my latest experience with them confirms this impression. After placing an order for my small business I realized I had forgotten an important product that I needed. As this was an order I needed within ten days, I called, hoping I could get my original order and the needed second order shipped early enough to arrive on time. Not only were they able to guarantee an on time arrival, they were able to add my second order to the first, making it one order instead of two, eliminating the need for shipping charges and the possibility of not getting the necessary items in time. I received my order less than a week later, and as usual, every piece was exactly as described on their website and the quality was apparent. This company has always been the place I buy my display pieces and after my latest experience, I’ll never go any place else.
