I love everything I received and the shipping was fast. For my personal needs, I do however wish the tray liners were available in a deep well version. Otherwise, everything is super fantastic.

I ordered several jewelry display items but I received the wrong color on one item. I gave a 5-star rating because of how the company handled their error. I called after hours to report the error and Paula called me back first thing the next morning. She prepared and emailed me a return label so that I could send the items back. She offered to overnight me the correct item as I was using the item for an event the following day. She went far beyond great customer service to keep me a happy customer and she seemed to have joy in doing so! I will continue to order from this company and without hesitation encourage people to do the same!

This was my second order from Gems On Display. It was actually missing a couple of items in it so I called them. A PERSON actually answered the phone! Not a recording! Everyone knows how rare even that is now days! They took care of my issue with no problem! I have been pleased with everything about them! They have unbeatable prices on their tray liners! Ordered Countertop Acrylic Necklace Case #1469 to replace acrylic case about 1/2 the size. This case has superior support arrangement, more height and makes an attractive home display. Shipment was packed well to prevent damage. It arrived safely and promptly.

I’ve ordered from this company several times over the years and have always received prompt, courteous service. Their employees have always been professional and attentive to detail, and my latest experience with them confirms this impression. After placing an order for my small business I realized I had forgotten an important product that I needed. As this was an order I needed within ten days, I called, hoping I could get my original order and the needed second order shipped early enough to arrive on time. Not only were they able to guarantee an on time arrival, they were able to add my second order to the first, making it one order instead of two, eliminating the need for shipping charges and the possibility of not getting the necessary items in time. I received my order less than a week later, and as usual, every piece was exactly as described on their website and the quality was apparent.
