I have LOTS of jewelry and needed more storage than I could find in a traditional jewelry box. I ordered clip cushions for clip on earrings and flat backs for pierced. I love the cushions as they make earrings that previously felt like torture devices unnoticeable. That's some great cushioning! And the flat earring backs do their job holding in place a heavier earring that needs a little extra support. Thanks! I will say that the shipping is a bit dear (I know what it costs now that I sell on eBay). But I needed the objects mentioned so it's worth biting the bullet to make previously unwearable items wearable.

Excellent customer service. I made a call, the next day it was responded to. Explained the damage and that I had just ordered and paid for another one to be shipped, so I didn't have to wait on the return to have them send me a replacement. Time was of the essence. I didn't have to send back the broken one but sent pictures of the damage. Financialy effective resolution to save on shipping. After reviewing the damage I had a refund in my pay pal 3 days later.
