I think your products are great, but free shipping minimum is too high.
I think your products are great. Your packing is great. The only thing that stops me from buying from you site more, is the high minimum spend to get free shipping. I would order much more often if I got a lower minimum for free shipping. Maybe you should offer repeat customers a free shipping coupon? I have placed multiple orders with you. I have my shopping cart full of items, but can't quite get to the $75. So, I have it saved, but will look elsewhere to see if I can find free shipping.

Ordered Countertop Acrylic Necklace Case #1469 to replace acrylic case about 1/2 the size. This case has superior support arrangement, more height and makes an attractive home display. Shipment was packed well to prevent damage. It arrived safely and promptly.

I ordered a case that would hold inserts with plastic gem display jars. I love it. I can fit two inserts into one of the cases that I like. They're really nice. I cant say that i've had a bad experience with their products, placing orders or shipping.
