Top Notch Customer Service
Top notch service! I placed an order with Gems on Display and received some incorrect tray liners. I was in a bit of a panic because of a big show I have this weekend and the liners I was sent won't work for my pieces. I contacted the company (after hours) and the next day they overnighted me the correct trays. Mistakes happen - but the manner in which a company responds to those issues is what really matters. I will use Gems on Display again and again and highly recommend them due to their exceptional customer service! Thank you!

Great Product
To anyone looking for a jewelry display case, I highly recommend this item. I'd have to say the best feature about it is that it's practically show case ready and that the key/spare key make this an absolute must. I have a friend that offered me one as well for a great price and very good product as well, however it was too big and super heavy. One upper hand that his had to offer that I really liked and I encourage this company to do as well is to add an additional strobe light at the top of it and if possible, slightly bigger case. Overall, GREAT product and GREAT service. One more thing.....it's a family owned business and I like to support local family owned businesses.

Fantastic transaction with free shipping and after much research found supplies to be the lowest prices for exact items. Everything was delivered very promptly and packaged very securely. Clear lidded boxes are the best!
I wanted to switch from the open stackable plastic jewelry trays to boxes with a clear lid. These were the best that I could find on the internet. If I drop a box, the jewelry doesn't go flying everywhere. Also, I had tried boxes with glass lids - too heavy and the glass breaks. All my liners fit and they even had a liner that I never seen. It was the 18 compartment padded bracelet liner. My line bracelets looked stunning and each one got its own slot instead of piling several bracelets together in the standard 8 slot liner. I have ordered from Gems on Display three times and have recommended them to my friends.
