I can't say enough about this company!! I have just started my own jewelry business. I had placed an order for some gem cases....not realizing that they would fit in this really cool display case. Within 30 minutes of ordering I realized this and sent an email asking if I could possibly add that display case to my order. Not only did I get a response in a timely manner. It was taken care of immediate added to my order with rush shipping added as well. I had my products within a few days..even with the crazy holidays. Everything was great. Packing was great got here with no damage. The only thing is the inside material on the jewelry box isn't sticking in all place and on the drawers the bottom isn't sticking in all places. But I think that might be cause of the weather from there to here.
