One of the things that makes me loyal to a company is great product. The thing that makes me love a company even more is how they handle things when something goes wrong. My first order of custom earring cards was great. The printing quality on the second run didn't quite match the first run. Gems on Display immediately re-ran the cards and they were perfect. They've earned a customer for life. I'm impressed with quality, turn around time, and ability to accommodate special requests.

I ordered clip cushions for clip on earrings and flat backs for pierced. I love the cushions as they make earrings that previously felt like torture devices unnoticeable. That's some great cushioning! And the flat earring backs do their job holding in place a heavier earring that needs a little extra support. Thanks! I will say that the shipping is a bit dear (I know what it costs now that I sell on eBay). But I needed the objects mentioned so it's worth biting the bullet to make previously unwearable items wearable.

This was my first time buying from Gem's on display. It WILL NOT be my last. I wasn't sure what to expect or if the items would be junk. It got to me within a few days. And everything was in excellent condition. And better than I had hoped. I had been buying on ebay for my items. NO MORE. The quality was much better here and I am paying half the price for the same thing I had been buying. I ordered boxes, they are triple the cost on ebay. I am mad I didn't find Gems on display a year ago. I would HIGHLY recommend.

We are a gemstone wholesaler, and our source for trays recently discontinued our preferred style. Another large company offered trays we were looking for at over double what we had been paying, but when we found Gems On Display, the trays we were looking for were even less expensive than from our initial source! I own a small jewelry business and find Gems on Display a great source for jewelry display items as well as packaging materials, merchandise bags, etc. I am guessing that my orders are very small compared to their average customer, yet I find their customer service attentive and respectful for each transaction.
