Quality is great! Products are great. I bought a lot of things and it was all shipped fast but it was all in 1 big box with only 1 piece of tape on it barely holding it together. Almost rated it lower just because of lack of tape, the box was falling apart when I received.

Top notch service! I placed an order with Gems on Display and received some incorrect tray liners. I was in a bit of a panic because of a big show I have this weekend and the liners I was sent won't work for my pieces. I contacted the company (after hours) and the next day they overnighted me the correct trays. Mistakes happen - but the manner in which a company responds to those issues is what really matters. The item I purchased (Jewelry Tray W/Clear View Lid 1 1/2", Item # 83-2F) was as described but I was unsure so I called customer service. She was extremely helpful and helped me with my order. It came well packaged, undamaged and very quickly. The magnets on the cases aren't as strong as I would like them to be but it is a fabulous value and serves my purpose.
