Greetings! These days it is nearly impossible to receive courteous customer service. I am a events coordinator and I deal MANY vendors to complete events. I would recommend Gems on Display to anyone looking for the products they offer on their site. I compared prices and they were less expensive than many, Free shipping was a great plus. The delivery was prompt! I realize one item was incorrect. Without hesitance I was sent the replacement and they allowed me to keep the wrong size. The Hands were use as centerpieces and as always!!! So versatile
I like it so much, I bought another. There are many jewelry boxes that are prettier. But to find one that holds as much as this one, those are three times the size and expense. I prefer to be able to store a lot in a small space. Buying the tray inserts does add to the cost, but they provide custom organization for your jewelry. I have not found that in other boxes. Recently we had to evacuate our home due to a brush fire. This box is light weight and allows me to take all my jewelry in a hurry. The smaller size also allows more places to hide my jewelry too.

The cases are of very nice construction and solid. The handle is very helpful in transporting the cases and the latches are very nice and necessary to keep the case closed. With the glass top in the lid they make a very nice display case for many items.

My original image that i sent was not of good quality, I received an email asking for a better image of the logo. I was so happy that I could provide a better image as opposed to receiving tags with poor quality images on them. I needed the tags by Friday and the up charge for the rush was only 2$. The tags showed up on time and perfect! Better than expected even. Great job, great customer service!
