I ordered a display from Gems On Display. I received it in a timely manner. However, it was damaged. I read the invoice and it said that I would be responsible for any returns. I called them and they couldn't have been nicer. They asked me to send them a picture of the damaged item and once they received it they instantly told me they would be sending another one. I was quite pleased. I immediately placed another order for custom printed bags. I'm a happy camper. I would recommend Gems On Display to any and everyone. Good job Gems On Display.

I bought these to display all the jewelry I inherited from my mother as well as organize all my own jewelry. The ring/necklace/earring leatherette trays are beautiful and once I put jewelry in them it made everything look so elegant, I couldn't believe it. I was so excited to show them off. The bonus was that all the trays fit in my jewelry chest drawers so I can take them in and out. It's so nice opening a drawer and seeing r wry thing displayed so elegantly. Plus they're protected from damage with the felt liners and individual compartments. If you want the ease of a jewelry store in you're own room without spending a fortune this is the way to go. These trays and liners are not light, flimsy, thin, or cheap feeling or looking products and they are the best price I found through all my searching.

I purchased a wide ring display case for a reasonable price. The shipping was practically the same amount as the item cost, but adding the two of them together was still within a reasonable price to pay based on a comparison with other companies. The item came in faster than I expected.

I think your products are great, but free shipping minimum is too high.
I think your products are great. Your packing is great. The only thing that stops me from buying from you site more, is the high minimum spend to get free shipping. I would order much more often if I got a lower minimum for free shipping. Maybe you should offer repeat customers a free shipping coupon? I have placed multiple orders with you. I have my shopping cart full of items, but can't quite get to the $75. So, I have it saved, but will look elsewhere to see if I can find free shipping.

The counter top necklace display may not look like it, but it is very sturdy. It is extremely to assemble. They arrived quickly. I will be using these at craft shows to display jewelry for sale. I like the fact that these have longer arms to hold the jewelry. I would highly recommend these to anyone, and would reassure anyone who thinks they look flimsy and not sturdy (guilty!) that they are in fact very sturdy.
