I’ve ordered from this company several times over the years and have always received prompt, courteous service. Their employees have always been professional and attentive to detail, and my latest experience with them confirms this impression. After placing an order for my small business I realized I had forgotten an important product that I needed. As this was an order I needed within ten days, I called, hoping I could get my original order and the needed second order shipped early enough to arrive on time. Not only were they able to guarantee an on time arrival, they were able to add my second order to the first, making it one order instead of two, eliminating the need for shipping charges and the possibility of not getting the necessary items in time. I received my order less than a week later, and as usual, every piece was exactly as described on their website and the quality was apparent. This company has always been the place I buy my display pieces and after my latest experience, I’ll never go any place else.

Greetings! These days it is nearly impossible to receive courteous customer service. I am a events coordinator and I deal MANY vendors to complete events. I would recommend Gems on Display to anyone looking for the products they offer on their site. I compared prices and they were less expensive than many, Free shipping was a great plus. The delivery was prompt! I realize one item was incorrect. Without hesitance I was sent the replacement and they allowed me to keep the wrong size. The Hands were use as centerpieces and as always!!! Great Customer service! I ordered the cotton filled Kraft jewelry boxes. I LOVE them. They have that little artisan feel to them. Especially when I stamp them with my logo. Consistently fast and efficient service, very good pricing, very easy to deal with. One website tweak that would make it even easier would be to populate the ship-to address after log-in. Currently only the bill-to address populates, so we have to fill in the shipping address every time.

I purchased their rotating jewelry rack. It is the sturdiest rack I have ever purchased. Plus it was less expensive than any others found online. Excllent product and price.

My experience with gems on display has always been excellent. Paula is very courteous and processes the orders on time. The only drawback is the inventory stock. Basic items like ring trays and earring stand are very limited. Inventory control department has to pull up their socks big time as they are loosing sales every minute to other competitors.
