I ordered a case that would hold inserts with plastic gem display jars. I love it. I can fit two inserts into one of the cases that I like. They're really nice. I cant say that i've had a bad experience with their products, placing orders or shipping.

I order all of the jewelry supplies for 7 stores and can honestly say that since finding Gems on Display, I have received great quality products with really quick turnaround. I appreciate the way they email me immediately if something is backordered (which you can usually get within a couple of days). Unfortunately, when I received one of the cases the glass was slightly cracked on the top left side but the customer service rep was very helpful in sending out a replacement for me! Top notch service! I placed an order with Gems on Display and received some incorrect tray liners. I was in a bit of a panic because of a big show I have this weekend and the liners I was sent won't work for my pieces. I contacted the company (after hours) and the next day they overnighted me the correct trays. Mistakes happen - but the manner in which a company responds to those issues is what really matters.
