Top Notch Customer Service
Top notch service! I placed an order with Gems on Display and received some incorrect tray liners. I was in a bit of a panic because of a big show I have this weekend and the liners I was sent won't work for my pieces. I contacted the company (after hours) and the next day they overnighted me the correct trays. Mistakes happen - but the manner in which a company responds to those issues is what really matters. Clear top display box
I was searching online for a 2" X 8" clear-top jewelry display box when I ran across GEMS ON DISPLAY website. I was pleasantly surprised ! These boxes are attractive (silver base) and competitively priced. I ordered three cases (300 boxes total). Delivery was super fast... with no damage to the product. The display boxes are surprisingly sturdy and the best part is that there was no skimping on the padding inside... lots of cushioning (unlike the competition). I definitely would recommend this company... they are now on my favorites list !
