My first order of custom earring cards was great. The printing quality on the second run didn't quite match the first run. Gems on Display immediately re-ran the cards and they were perfect. I ordered a display from Gems On Display. I received it in a timely manner. However, it was damaged. I read the invoice and it said that I would be responsible for any returns. I called them and they couldn't have been nicer. They asked me to send them a picture of the damaged item and once they received it they instantly told me they would be sending another one. I was quite pleased. I immediately placed another order for custom printed bags. I'm a happy camper. I would recommend Gems On Display to any and everyone. Good job Gems On Display.

Excellent Product and Excellent Customer Service. Due to possibly the shipping carrier the product had a small dent (the box looked a little worse for the wear). Gems on Display was prompt in getting a replacement item out to me, even before the other had been returned, and their staff was courteous both over the phone and by email.
