Top Notch Customer Service
Top notch service! I placed an order with Gems on Display and received some incorrect tray liners. I was in a bit of a panic because of a big show I have this weekend and the liners I was sent won't work for my pieces. I contacted the company (after hours) and the next day they overnighted me the correct trays. Mistakes happen - but the manner in which a company responds to those issues is what really matters. I will use Gems on Display again and again and highly recommend them due to their exceptional customer service! Thank you!

I run four optometry offices and was trying to find some creative display items for showing off eyeglass chains, readers and other retail merchandise. I also wanted trays to provide to patients for use when shopping for a new frame. I ordered the leatherette black trays with white liners and couldn't be more pleased.
