I can't say enough about this company!! I have just started my own jewelry business. I had placed an order for some gem cases....not realizing that they would fit in this really cool display case. Within 30 minutes of ordering I realized this and sent an email asking if I could possibly add that display case to my order. Not only did I get a response in a timely manner. It was taken care of immediate added to my order with rush shipping added as well. I had my products within a few days..even with the crazy holidays. I ordered clip cushions for clip on earrings and flat backs for pierced. I love the cushions as they make earrings that previously felt like torture devices unnoticeable. That's some great cushioning! And the flat earring backs do their job holding in place a heavier earring that needs a little extra support. Thanks! I will say that the shipping is a bit dear (I know what it costs now that I sell on eBay). But I needed the objects mentioned so it's worth biting the bullet to make previously unwearable items wearable.
