I love everything I received and the shipping was fast. For my personal needs, I do however wish the tray liners were available in a deep well version. Otherwise, everything is super fantastic.

The counter top necklace display may not look like it, but it is very sturdy. It is extremely to assemble. They arrived quickly. I will be using these at craft shows to display jewelry for sale. I like the fact that these have longer arms to hold the jewelry. I would highly recommend these to anyone, and would reassure anyone who thinks they look flimsy and not sturdy (guilty!) that they are in fact very sturdy.

I ordered some linen necklace displays that were needed urgently the next day. I called the customer service to place the rush order, and the agent was wonderful--friendly, competent, and quick. They took care of my order, and I received it in time the next day. The boxes look really nice! Gems on Display did a fantastic job with my logo on the boxes. I was a little disappointed with the caliber of cotton fill in the boxes. I ended up doubling the cotton filling and purchased card inserts for the boxes I took the cotton out of.
