Great customer service!
I ordered several jewelry display items but I received the wrong color on one item. I gave a 5-star rating because of how the company handled their error. I called after hours to report the error and Paula called me back first thing the next morning. She prepared and emailed me a return label so that I could send the items back. She offered to overnight me the correct item as I was using the item for an event the following day. She went far beyond great customer service to keep me a happy customer and she seemed to have joy in doing so! I will continue to order from this company and without hesitation encourage people to do the same!

The 24" rotating earring display rack…
The 24" rotating earring display rack is FABULOUS! Just what I needed to save table space at shows. 48 pegs, so it will hold tons of earrings. One of the tier welds was loose, and a couple of the pegs were slightly bent but otherwise it arrived in good condition and shipping was fast.

Consistently fast and efficient service, very good pricing, very easy to deal with. One website tweak that would make it even easier would be to populate the ship-to address after log-in. Currently only the bill-to address populates, so we have to fill in the shipping address every time.

I am very pleased with all of the items I have ordered from Gems on Display! The entire purchase experience was easy and thorough. The web site was very easy to navigate through and the descriptions were complete and accurate. I purchased some bracelet triple tiered T-bars, small plastic ring displays, watch displays and plastic baggies for my jewelry store and all of the items were priced very reasonably and the products were great quality.
