I ordered some linen necklace displays that were needed urgently the next day. I called the customer service to place the rush order, and the agent was wonderful--friendly, competent, and quick. They took care of my order, and I received it in time the next day. I think your products are great, but free shipping minimum is too high.
I think your products are great. Your packing is great. The only thing that stops me from buying from you site more, is the high minimum spend to get free shipping. I would order much more often if I got a lower minimum for free shipping. Maybe you should offer repeat customers a free shipping coupon? I have placed multiple orders with you. I have my shopping cart full of items, but can't quite get to the $75. So, I have it saved, but will look elsewhere to see if I can find free shipping.

Quality is great! Products are great. I bought a lot of things and it was all shipped fast but it was all in 1 big box with only 1 piece of tape on it barely holding it together. Almost rated it lower just because of lack of tape, the box was falling apart when I received.
