Great product and customer service
One of the things that makes me loyal to a company is great product. The thing that makes me love a company even more is how they handle things when something goes wrong. My first order of custom earring cards was great. The printing quality on the second run didn't quite match the first run. Gems on Display immediately re-ran the cards and they were perfect. They've earned a customer for life. I'm impressed with quality, turn around time, and ability to accommodate special requests.

I ordered some linen necklace displays that were needed urgently the next day. I called the customer service to place the rush order, and the agent was wonderful--friendly, competent, and quick. They took care of my order, and I received it in time the next day. I also price shopped online, and their prices were the best for the linen displays, and we were happy with the way they looked, too. I would order again from Gems on Display.

I was satisfied with most of my purchases. The one thing I did not like was the white jewelry trays I purchased had dirty smudges of fingerprints on some of them. Otherwise I'm pleased and will order from you again.

Greetings! These days it is nearly impossible to receive courteous customer service. I am a events coordinator and I deal MANY vendors to complete events. I would recommend Gems on Display to anyone looking for the products they offer on their site. I compared prices and they were less expensive than many, Free shipping was a great plus. The delivery was prompt! I realize one item was incorrect. Without hesitance I was sent the replacement and they allowed me to keep the wrong size. The Hands were use as centerpieces and as always!!!
