Order fulfillment was right as they said it would be. Received order very quickly, 3 days including day order was placed. Merchandise was very good quality and the price was outstanding. Hopefully they will soon add sending the order tracking number along in an email. Not a drawback, just adds a little more convenience. Great service. Great product. I highly recommend their company.

The customer service for this company is fantastic! I was missing one item from my order and they immediately took care of it for me. Plus as I was putting my new order together, I realized I needed one more thing. I called them and they immediately added it to the piece they had to send me. Unfortunately I did that to them two more times, but they were very obliging and sent it all at once. About to order again.

Their employees have always been professional and attentive to detail, and my latest experience with them confirms this impression. After placing an order for my small business I realized I had forgotten an important product that I needed. As this was an order I needed within ten days, I called, hoping I could get my original order and the needed second order shipped early enough to arrive on time. Not only were they able to guarantee an on time arrival, they were able to add my second order to the first, making it one order instead of two, eliminating the need for shipping charges and the possibility of not getting the necessary items in time. I received my order less than a week later, and as usual, every piece was exactly as described on their website and the quality was apparent. Consistently fast and efficient service, very good pricing, very easy to deal with. One website tweak that would make it even easier would be to populate the ship-to address after log-in. Currently only the bill-to address populates, so we have to fill in the shipping address every time.
