This site was recommened by a friend, and I was not disappointed. The product was reasonably priced and exactly what it was represented as. It came very quickly to my door. I ordered several jewelry display items but I received the wrong color on one item. I gave a 5-star rating because of how the company handled their error. I called after hours to report the error and Paula called me back first thing the next morning. She prepared and emailed me a return label so that I could send the items back. She offered to overnight me the correct item as I was using the item for an event the following day. She went far beyond great customer service to keep me a happy customer and she seemed to have joy in doing so! I will continue to order from this company and without hesitation encourage people to do the same!

I order all of the jewelry supplies for 7 stores and can honestly say that since finding Gems on Display, I have received great quality products with really quick turnaround. I appreciate the way they email me immediately if something is backordered (which you can usually get within a couple of days). I used to order everything from two other companies but Gems makes it easier and more cost efficient by having everything I need.
