Wrong order Easly taken care of!!!
I placed an order for two ring display case, but I got two braclett display instead. I called the number and spoke to a rep" named Paula. She was very helpful and told me I got the wrong order. She said she would send me my order and a return label so I could return the other cases. I was very pleased with the out come. Consistently fast and efficient service, very good pricing, very easy to deal with. One website tweak that would make it even easier would be to populate the ship-to address after log-in. Currently only the bill-to address populates, so we have to fill in the shipping address every time.
