I think your products are great, but free shipping minimum is too high.
I think your products are great. Your packing is great. The only thing that stops me from buying from you site more, is the high minimum spend to get free shipping. I would order much more often if I got a lower minimum for free shipping. Maybe you should offer repeat customers a free shipping coupon? I have placed multiple orders with you. I have my shopping cart full of items, but can't quite get to the $75. So, I have it saved, but will look elsewhere to see if I can find free shipping.

This was my second order from Gems On Display. It was actually missing a couple of items in it so I called them. A PERSON actually answered the phone! Not a recording! Everyone knows how rare even that is now days! They took care of my issue with no problem! I have been pleased with everything about them! They have unbeatable prices on their tray liners!
