I was looking for a rolling case and trays for my hobby of making jewelry but did not want to spend a lot of money. I found just what I was looking for in the price range I could afford. The shipping fee is fair - and free if you send over $100, which I did not. The box was heavy so the $8.95 shipping was a bargain. I will buy here again!!

I looked all over for jewelry trays to hold my various jewelry pieces and couldn't find anything that contained the right compartments or wasn't super expensive. The Gems on Display website was so easy to use and I was able to order the exact trays and liners to fit my jewelry pieces. My order shipped fast and arrived within 4 days. We are a gemstone wholesaler, and our source for trays recently discontinued our preferred style. Another large company offered trays we were looking for at over double what we had been paying, but when we found Gems On Display, the trays we were looking for were even less expensive than from our initial source! Our order was correct, shipped immediately, and well packaged. We are in the process of swapping out all of our trays, so we will definitely be ordering in the future!!!

One of the things that makes me loyal to a company is great product. The thing that makes me love a company even more is how they handle things when something goes wrong. My first order of custom earring cards was great. The printing quality on the second run didn't quite match the first run. Gems on Display immediately re-ran the cards and they were perfect. They've earned a customer for life. I'm impressed with quality, turn around time, and ability to accommodate special requests.
